Is my data private? Do you store the text I paste?

Nothing you paste ever leaves your browser. The extraction runs entirely in client-side JavaScript on your own device, so your prospect lists, CRM exports and internal logs are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. You can confirm this by opening your browser's network tab while extracting: no request is made.

What text formats does the bulk email parser support?

Any text you can copy. That includes CSV and spreadsheet columns, JSON and API responses, HTML source, server logs, PDF text selections, email signatures, LinkedIn exports, Slack threads and pasted web pages. The parser ignores surrounding markup, punctuation and delimiters, and pulls out only well-formed addresses.

How many emails can I extract at once?

The input box accepts up to 50,000 characters per pass, which is roughly 1,500 to 2,000 addresses depending on formatting. Extraction is instant at that size. For larger archives, split the source into batches and paste them one after another — results copy cleanly into the same destination list.

How do I filter out Gmail, Yahoo and other personal addresses?

Enable 'Business only'. It removes addresses on the major consumer mailbox providers — Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Hotmail, iCloud, AOL, Proton and around 40 more — leaving only company domains. Pair it with 'Exclude role accounts' to drop noreply@, postmaster@ and automated senders that will never convert.

What is the difference between the free and Pro versions?

Free covers copy-to-clipboard and a plain .TXT download of up to 500 addresses, with every filter and metric unlocked. Pro adds structured .CSV and .XLSX exports with separate Email, Domain and TLD columns, and removes the 500-address export cap. Pro is $9 per month, or $3 for a 24-hour pass if you have a single list to clean.

Does this email list cleaner verify that addresses are deliverable?

No. Extraction confirms an address is correctly formatted, not that a mailbox exists and accepts mail. Syntax-valid lists pulled from old sources typically carry a 15 to 25 percent bounce rate. Run the extracted list through a verification service before your first send — mailbox providers penalise senders whose bounce rate exceeds roughly 2 percent.

Can I extract just the domain names instead of full addresses?

Yes. Switch the output to 'Domains only' to get the deduplicated list of company domains behind your addresses. It is the fastest way to size an account list, spot which companies are over-represented in a lead dump, or build a target-account list for ABM campaigns from a raw contact export.

What the service does

The tool extracts email addresses from text you supply, in your own browser. The free tier allows unlimited extraction, clipboard copying, and a TXT export of up to 500 addresses. Pro adds structured CSV and XLSX exports and removes the export cap.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the contact data you paste into this tool, and for how you use the extracted results. Depending on where you and your recipients are located, sending unsolicited commercial email may be regulated by laws including the GDPR, CAN-SPAM and similar rules elsewhere.

You may not use this service to:

Process data you obtained unlawfully or are not permitted to handle.
Build lists for harassment, phishing, fraud or malware distribution.
Circumvent the Pro gate or resell access to the service.

Pro subscriptions and the 24-hour pass

Pro is billed at $9 per month and renews automatically until cancelled. The 24-hour pass is a single $3 payment that grants Pro features for 24 hours and does not renew. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply in your country.

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

If Pro does not work as described, email ampiglesiasgo@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Consumers in the EU and UK retain their statutory withdrawal rights; note that by starting a download immediately you may be consenting to begin the service before the withdrawal period expires.

Accuracy and no warranty

Extraction confirms that an address is correctly formatted. It does not confirm that a mailbox exists, is monitored, or will accept mail. Verify any list before sending to it; we are not responsible for bounce rates, blocklisting or sender-reputation damage resulting from lists produced with this tool.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
